A mistake in dependencies of the current Blue Mind beta2 version make Blue Mind fail to create user on fresh RedHat/CentOS 6 installation.
This issue is fixed in current git and will be available in the next Blue Mind release.
Meanwhile, you can install Blue Mind beta2 using command:
yum install bm-full cyrus-sasl-plain
