es1 has wan ip and a lan
es2, es3 and es4 only have a lan address

es1 can ping es2,3,4 but when the software trys to add them the the server apps it cant find them. the plan i to have es2 do webmail, es3 databae, es4 other

im i looking at this wrong?

You need to pre-install some package on server es2, es3 or es4, according what you want to run on them.

At least, bm-node and bm-conf must be installed.
