Language does not change in Calendar when selected in all areas

Hello,
I am an English speaker and selected English as the language for my domain, as well as the default for the entire setup. When I accept a calendar invite, it sends out the acceptance in French. It does this no matter what I select as the default language.

Is there some way I can fix this?
