Nous utilisons un serveur BlueMind v3.5.5-2. Du jour au lendemain la tache planifiée de contrôle des quotas n’a plus fonctionné.
Elle retourne maintenant un warning “problem fetching quota for XXXXXX” pour chacun des comptes.

Avez-vous des messages d’erreurs dans les logs cyrus (/var/log/mail.log ou /var/log/mail.err sur Debian/Ubuntu ou /var/log/maillog sur RHEL/CentOS) ?
Dans mail.log : aucune erreur d’aucun type (postfix ou cyrus) entre 00:30 et 01:30.
Dans mail.err : aucune entrée pour la journée d’aujourd’hui.
