Is it possible to use (only) the english language ?
If yes, how to do this ?

You can define default language by domain.
In the administration console, logged as admin0@global.virt, go to: System Management → Managed Domains, choose you Blue Mind domain. In General tab, General section, set Language to English.
Default language will be set to English for all new users created in this domain.
