Upgrade self hosted bluemind

Hi

My bluemind version is 5 (self hosted on debian12)

 bm-cli --version
 5.0.7519

Is there any mean to update to last stable version?
(I’ve no subscription so I can’t do it through admin or /setup.
Or is there any instructions to do this kind of upgrade?

long story short:

bm-cli setup version latest
aptitude update
aptitude upgrade
bm-cli setup upgrade
