La recherche dans les messages est non fonctionnelle dans BM 3.5. Je suis à jour de ce matin et ça n’a rien résolu c’est un problème très très pénalisant pour nos utilisateurs dont certains ont plusieurs milliers de mails.
Est-ce un réel bogue ou bien avons oublié quelque chose dans la configuration ?

Ma config: Plateforme Bluemind actuellement en version 3.5.4.1 et est hébergé sur une VM de type KVM tournant sous Debian 8.1 (RAM 10Go, 4 CPU).
J’ai constaté aussi la même chose sur mon serveur BM.
Quelqu’un aurait une idée ?

Je suis en train d’écrire une doc sur le diagnostic de problèmes de recherche, elle devrait être publiée dans la journée.
La version 3.5.4 (https://forum.bluemind.net/viewtopic.php?id=1485) nécessite une réindexation des mails, est ce que vous avez relancé l’indexation suite à la mise à jour ?

Je viens d’exécuter les commandes “Consolider…” puis ensuite “Reconstruire…” dans la partie maintenance de mon propre compte et toujours rien qui s’affiche lorsque j’effectue une recherche dans mon dossier “Inbox”.

J’ai testé une recherche dans “Tous les dossier” et avec le critère “tout” (contenu, sujet, Eméteur, etc) et rien ne s’affiche.
J’ai regardé le log d’Elasticsearch (/var/log/bm-elasticsearch# less bluemind-13f1b413-c6gd-4150-v072-453723xx19gz.log) et rien d’anormal dedans.

La 3.5.5 corrige les problèmes qui amènent à ces situations et répare une partie de ces problèmes, la 3.5.5-1 qui sort dans quelques minutes est capable de réparer tous les cas problématiques.
La mise à jour vers la 3.5.5-1, suivi d’un checkAndRepair (via l’interface ou ce script : https://forge.bluemind.net/stash/projects/BA/repos/bluemind-samples/browse/python-api-examples/checkAndRepair.py)) corrigera donc ce problème.

J’ai fais la mise à jour de notre plate-forme Bluemind (version 3.5.4.1, hébergé sur une VM de type KVM tournant sous Debian 8.1 (RAM 10Go, 4 CPU)) vers la nouvelle version 3.5.5.1.
Malheureusement, le problème sur la recherche que j’ai mentionné ci-dessus demeure.
J’ai consolidé et reconstruit l’index. J’ai lancé le “check and repair” depuis l’interface et rien n’y fait !
Avez-vous une autre idée ?

Dans l’ordre il aurait fallu faire le check&repair puis reconstruire l’index de la boite.
Par contre en revoyant le retour de _cat/indices, il semblerait qu’il y ai un problème, le nombre de primary shard (pri) devrait être à 1 et pas à 5 qui était le paramètre en 3.0 et dans les premières versions de la 3.5.
Le paquet bm-elasticsearch est bien dans la même version que les autres ? Quel est la valeur de index.number_of_shards: dans le fichier /usr/share/bm-elasticsearch/config/elasticsearch.yml ?

J’ai donc fais les choses dans l’ordre proposé ci-dessus et rien n’a changé !
J’ai toujours ce message en bas de la fenêtre du Webmail qui dit “La recherche n’a donné aucun résultat”.
Ce qui est étrange c’est que je n’ai jamais eu Bluemind en version 3.0 car j’ai installé la solution vers début décembre 2016 et elle était déjà en version 3.5 !
Ma version actuelle de “bm-elasticsearch” est :
